With the game taking its footing in the country, the local soccer governing body FUFA has organised a one day Women football Symposium on Wednesday 28 th August 2019 at Kabira Country Club. Many names are credited for the growth of women football in Uganda under different eras but for the sport to take another direction, gatherings aimed at improving the beautiful game are always needed for better results on an off the pitch.
